We do not guarantee:
- Exact project timelines due to external dependencies
- Final construction outcomes handled by contractors
- Conditions beyond our design control
7. Limitation of Liability
RJM Archibuild shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs, documents, or services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under valid circumstances. All completed work up to the termination date shall be compensated accordingly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
